A COHERENT PUBLICATION ECOSYSTEM
Taken together, these five formats will form a coherent publication ecosystem. The annual Strategic Outlook will provide long-term structure and orientation. The Luxembourg Foreign Policy Report will anchor ESILUX nationally. Luxsentinel will capture evolving perceptions. Policy Analyses will offer focused empirical insight. Strategic Notes will maintain analytical presence between major outputs.
This portfolio will allow ESILUX to combine foresight with diagnosis, synthesis with depth, and European perspective with national relevance. The objective is not volume, but continuity.
